Some faculties (Cluj-Napoca and Iasi) offer you the opportunity to join them through an application file, based on your high school grades and your experience in the field of health. Making the decision to study so far from your loved ones and your usual surroundings in a country you don’t know well is not an easy task. Step 1 : Analysis of your file and your project
In this first step, we focus on you: your history, your performance, your ambitions, your results, and especially your professional project. Together, we explore the different possibilities available to you and what is achievable in your case, in a neutral and objective manner. We may suggest conducting a psychological orientation assessment to provide you with more clarity.
This initial consultation is free of charge and can be done over the phone or via video call.
Step 2: Creating your application file
We take care of gathering all the necessary documents for the preparation of your application file.
We offer to make the mandatory psychological assessment (Néo-Pi-R) online directly through teleconsultation with our partner psychologists.
We also rely on the expertise of a literature professor to optimize your CV and your letter of motivation.
Finally, we handle the transmission of your application files directly to the universities.

Step 3: Assistance with your settlement
Once your admission is confirmed, we assist you with your relocation. We travel to the location in advance of your arrival to:
- Search for an apartment: we visit selected apartments according to your criteria and budget.
- Prepare the apartment: cleaning, purchase of bedding, additional furniture, etc., according to your requirements.
- Hand over the keys to the apartment upon your arrival in Romania.
Fees
The initial information sessions (by phone, video call, or in person) are always free of charge.
All subscriptions to a service package involve the signing of a service contract that sets out the terms of our work alongside you.
Each case is unique. Fees depend on the nature of your request, its urgency, and the method of its execution.
